The CYO exists to provide opportunities for youth to develop strong moral character, self worth and a commitment to caring for others and their community through activities of a social, educational, and recreational nature based on Catholic principles that reinforce societal values.
to introduce Athletes to some of the different events that are available to them as a Track and Field Athlete: hurdling, sprinting, long jump, shot put and more
for the Athlete of any other sport to improve their speed and agility
for the individual who would like to get out one day a week for exercise and socialization
to give participants the basics of running, jumping and for those with that ability the chance to try new events and improve
We will also have one or two fun track meets. This is a sport that is for all, your child can learn and compete at his/her own level and will build self-confidence, endurance and skills they can use throughout life.
We will meet on Monday's from 6-7:30 at KPHS Track, starting March 30th.
